This plugins produces a vignette Layer from a given layer. A vignette
is an effect that darkens the image at the corners. The plugin supports
a lot of parameters controlling the amount and the position of the vignette.
The vignette is created on its own layer (which can optionally be merged directly).
This allows for fine tuning of the effect using the opacity setting of the layer.
